Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn footwear in its original JOSEF SEIBEL shoe box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
